In this nature-based yoga practice, we follow the traces of Finnish folklore and the mystical forces of nature, drawing strength from ancient mythology. The vital energy that flows through all living things – surrounds and permeates us in the forests, waters, and rock formations. We are not separate from nature; we are part of it, and it is part of us.
